This Scandinavian-style wooden house is located in the quiet holiday home area of Niendorf/Ostsee, a district of Timmendorfer Strand, very close to a nature reserve. The lively Niendorf harbor with its numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bicycle rentals, as well as the Baltic Sea with its miles of sandy beach, are approximately 650 meters away. A beach chair is available for free use on the beach (seasonally, from mid-May to mid-September). The holiday home "Karlsson" is surrounded by a large, fenced garden with a play structure, garden sauna, and a beautiful wooden terrace, naturally furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. It is also ideally suited for families with children. With 125 square meters of living space, the house offers ample room for six people plus an infant, with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor features a living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) and a dining area for six people, as well as access to the spacious, south-facing wooden terrace. A bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with a bathtub and two further bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a TV, while the other is furnished with two single beds, a cot, and a changing table. There are two parking spaces on the property.
